Call for Clinical Cases

The Course Directors and Co-Directors invite you to participate to this Congress by submitting your scientific clinical case of particular interest and didactic value. Please read the following instructions carefully.

Clinical case submission is possible only through the on-line system available in the Congress website; cases submitted by e-mail, fax or post will not be accepted. The clinical case will remain on-line for the author review until the submission deadline.

Besides the technical performance, rational, clinical implications, perspectives and suggestions will be considered and evaluated. A brief introduction and discussion inputs must also be included in the clinical case.

The presenting author of a clinical case must be registered to the Congress.

Submit your case for a chance to win JIM, SCAI, and TCT awards at JIM GISE 2025!

1) Clinical case PowerPoint presentation:
-Should not exceed 50 MB

-Images, tables and/or figures (.jpg format only) and videos should be embedded in the .PPT presentation

max 10 slides (5-7 min presentatation)

-Topics: CHALLENGING SCENARIOS IN INTERVENTIONAL CARDIOLOGY or COMPLICATIONS IN INTERVENTIONAL CARDIOLOGY
(both CORONARY and VALVULAR INTERVENTIONS will be accepted)

2) Preparation of short description of the clinical case in the word file (.doc or .docx extension only)

The brief description in Word should only summarize the clinical case prepared in PowerPoint

For your short description please use the template available here or in the online clinical case submission system.

3) The following sub-division of your short desciption is mandatory (max 400 words):
-Rationale
-Technical resolution
-Clinical Implications and perspectives

Please note: clinical case title, authors and affiliations should not appear in the word file.

Clinical case can be submitted in English only.

Abbreviations are not allowed in the title and, if used in the text, they must be preceded by the full name the first time they appear.

E-poster and/or oral presentation upload details will be sent to the presenting author after the clinical case acceptance.
